Berry Good Memory

A new study has revealed that a small portion of blueberries everyday can help you boost your memory. After analyzing the effects of the fruit on mice, researcher's at the UK's Reading University discovered that the equivalent of a punnet of blueberries a day (between 120g and 150g) significantly improved the memory of the animals. The research revealed that flavonoids in blueberries interact with nerve cells, increasing communication between them and stimulating the regeneration of brain cells.

Hmm... why couldn't I quit thinking of a heavenly blueberry cheesecake just now...
